STANDARD UK TRACKED NEXTDAY DELIVERY  If you chose standard delivery at checkout your order will arrive the next working day. Please note that all orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. All orders placed before 3pm from Monday to Friday will be sent on the same day. If you place an order after 3pm, it will be sent on the next business day. This means that all orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be sent on Monday. This does not include bank holidays (in case of a bank holiday the package will be posted on the following day)

NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY If you chose next-day delivery at checkout your order will arrive on the following day provided that you place your order by 3pm Monday to Thursday. Please note that orders placed on Friday by 3pm will be dispatched on Friday and delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the closest business day and delivered on the following day. This does not include bank holidays (in case of a bank holiday the package will be posted on the following day)

Returns & Refunds 

We guarantee to return any item if you are not happy with any of our products.

Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.

Once a refund has agreed to be given, we will refund you as soon as we can, we will confirm this within 2 working days in an email but please allow up to 5 working days for the money to be back into your account, it is your bank that controls how soon the money gets processed and back into your account, we don't have any control over this.

We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
